All classes will be spilt where Appropriate and if sufficient numbers
MORNING CLASSES: In-Hand to commence at 09.00am
Class 1: Youngstock – yearlings to 3 years
Class 2: Novice/Young Handler – Hats be Worn (Children may be accompanied by an Adult)
Class 4: In-Hand Veteran – For Horses and Ponies 15 years &over EQUIFEST OPEN IN HAND VETERAN HORSE / PONY VHS AREA QUALIFIER– VETERAN IN-HAND, COMBINED AGE CLASS (15 years and over). To be run as one class but judged as separate age categories: Diamond Veteran (25 years and over), Veteran (20–24 years) & Pre-Veteran (15–19 years). Open to horses and ponies of any breed and height.
Class 5: In-Hand Coloured, Palomino, Spotted, Dun & Roan- EQUIFEST IN HAND PIEBALD / SKEWBALD
Class 6: In-Hand Show Pony/Horse, plaited types any age- EQUIFEST OPENIN HAND RIDING / HUNTER PONIES
Class 7: In-Hand Cobs – Heavy/Hairy or Hogged
Class 8: In-Hand Hunter Type Pony/Horse- EQUIFEST OPEN IN HAND RIDING / HUNTER PONIES
Class 9: In hand TGCA- in hand Senior & Youngstock
Class 10: Open In hand
In- Hand Championship– First and second from each class is eligible
CLASS 11: Ridden Veteran – For horses and ponies 15 years & over. OPEN RIDDEN VETERAN HORSE / PONY VHS AREA QUALIFIER– VETERAN RIDDEN, COMBINED AGE CLASS (15 years and over). To be run as one class but judged as separate age categories: Diamond Veteran (25 years and over), Veteran (20–24 years) & Pre-Veteran (15–19 years). Open to horses and ponies of any breed and height

Class 14: Complete beginners –open to horses/ponies, riders any age, walk & trot only
Class 15: Novice Ridden Showing-–open to horses/ponies, riders any age,
Class 18: Ridden Show Pony/Horse, plaited types Horses/Hacks, any height-EQUIFEST OPEN RIDDEN SHOW PONIES, EQUIFESTOPEN RIDING HORSES, EQUIFEST OPEN RE-TRAINED RACE HORSES
Class 19: Ridden Cobs – Heavy/Hairy or Hogged-any height EQUIFEST OPEN RIDDEN COBS, EQUIFEST OPEN MAXI COBS
Class 20: Ridden TGCA-part bred &full breed
Class 21: Ridden Hunter Type Pony/Horse-EQUIFEST OPEN RIDDEN SHOW HUNTER PONIES, EQUIFEST OPEN SMALL HUNTERS, EQUIFEST OPEN RIDDEN HUNTERS
Ridden Championship-First and Second from each class is eligible
Quest Championship-1st, 2nd and 3rd from the TGCA classes above may go forward to the Quest for a Star Championship as per below rule. ONLY current TGCA members and horse/pony that is already TGCA registered can exhibit in this championship. Membership card and Members qualification card (specific to that exhibit) must be presented upon entry into the ring. The Champion and Reserve qualify for the Ultimate Star Championships at TOYS.
Go For Glory Championship -1st, 2nd and 3rd from the TGCA part bred classes may go forward to the Go for Glory Championship. For 2024 TOYS qualifiers, the handler/rider and exhibits (apart from stallions) do not have to be TGCA members/registered on the date of the show. The Champion and Reserve qualify for the Crowning Glory Championships at TOYS.
